From the rule to practice
GF Lex Consulting is the legal consultancy of Dr. Giuseppe Foti. It supports those who have to make decisions with legal weight: public bodies and tender offices, businesses, professionals and individuals — on public contracts, data protection and business contracts, with a concrete, verifiable method.
No improvised answers: every opinion grows out of analysing the documents and up-to-date legal sources, and stays alert to how the rules work — or jam — inside real procedures.
Our work is strictly out-of-court and takes place across Italy, remotely, in Italian and English. For court representation we refer you to qualified lawyers.
