You receive a written proposal with the work, timing and fee; we start only after your go-ahead.
Everything can be done remotely, anywhere in Italy.
The practice offers out-of-court advice: opinions, review and drafting of documents. It does not bring lawsuits, does not send demand letters or notices of default signed by a lawyer (diffide and messe in mora «da legale»), and does not carry out debt collection or court defence.
If your situation calls for a lawyer — for a lawsuit or to represent you before a judge — we tell you straight away and refer you to qualified professionals. Knowing it up front is part of doing the job properly.
