Written legal opinions and contract review

A well-founded answer in writing, or a contract read clause by clause before you sign. For individuals and families, strictly out of court, with fees and timing agreed upfront.

The opinion

A written legal opinion: fees and timing

What you receive

A written, understandable document: what the law provides, what your rights are, what options are on the table. Not an opinion on the fly.

What it costs

The fee is agreed in writing before the engagement, based on the complexity of the question: you know from the start what you’ll spend.

How long it takes

Delivery times are set out in the proposal and agreed with you. If you have a deadline, say so straight away: we factor it into the work plan.

Before signing

Having a contract reviewed before you sign

  • Leases and loan-for-use: rent, charges, duration and termination clauses, read carefully.
  • Preliminary sale agreements: deposits, deadlines and conditions to clarify before committing.
  • Employment and collaboration contracts: duties, covenants and clauses to understand properly.
  • Loans between individuals: amounts, repayment and guarantees put down in black and white.
  • Subscriptions, supplies and general terms: automatic renewals, penalties and withdrawal.

The output is the contract annotated point by point: critical clauses and imbalances flagged, with the changes to propose to the other side — before your signature makes everything final.

Drafting

Drafting agreements between individuals

Private agreements

Loan-for-use (comodato), loans, family arrangements: clear, balanced agreements between individuals, written so they actually say what you mean.

Confidentiality agreements

When you share personal information or a project: a written commitment to confidentiality, tailored to the specific case.

Amendments and additions

Extensions, additions and terminations of agreements already in place, put in writing without ambiguity.

A second opinion

You’ve already received a proposal or some advice and want an independent assessment, in writing, before committing.

Specific themes

For consumer rights and data protection there is the Individuals & families page; for home, inheritance and condominium matters, the dedicated pages: real estate, succession & estate and condominium.

How it works

From request to delivery

  1. Request

You send us the document or describe the situation: what it’s about, what you have to decide, by when.

  2. Analysis

We examine the text and the legal framework and propose in writing what we can do, the timing and the fee.

  3. Delivery

You receive the opinion or the reviewed document, with the points to watch highlighted and explained in plain words.

Everything can be done remotely, anywhere in Italy. Fee agreed in advance, no surprises.

A clear boundary

Strictly out of court

Opinions, contract review and drafting are out-of-court advisory work. The practice does not bring lawsuits, does not send demand letters or notices of default signed by a lawyer (diffide and messe in mora «da legale»), and does not carry out debt collection or court defence.

If your situation calls for a lawyer — for a lawsuit or to represent you before a judge — we tell you straight away and refer you to qualified professionals. Knowing it up front is part of doing the job properly.
